An inquest has criticised Surrey Social Services for a "lack of communication" after 78 year-old Sylvia Witt lay dead beside her bed for three months in Bagshot in Surrey.

Mark Gatiss, television writer and actor, talks to Dom about joining the campaign to save Undershaw, the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in Higham, Surrey, from redevelopment.
