OK team, still firming up a few things but here's who we should be meeting:

Alan from Milton Keynes has coped with a stutter his whole life but it doesn't stop him from singing Elvis whenever he gets the chance. I've been to his house to ask how he chatted up his lovely wife and why he loves singing the blues?

Photography expert Dave Thrower will be in the studio 2-3pm to prove to you that we can all take great Christmas pictures no matter how many sherries Nan has! There will be a free fact sheet for you to take home.

Rod "Rambo" Linnett lives in Pavenham in Bedfordshire and has battled kidney failure to become one of the worlds' greatest arm wrestlers. He'll be live in the studio 3-3:30pm.

Also, Rob Hopkins from the Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust will be live in the studio to tell you how to give your garden a seasonal treat this year.
