Dartford Crossing toll funds will not be ring-fenced to pay for improvements at the crossing.
The Royal Sussex County Hospital is changing its policy on charging some patients following a 大象传媒 investigation. Kidney dialysis patients at the hospital in Brighton were billed when they went to another NHS unit where the treatment was more expensive.
Guildford Action Drop-in Centre has seen a rise in the number of homeless young teenagers, ex-servicemen and former prisoners in the last two years.
