Matt Baker takes us behind the scenes as One Man and his Dog is filmed for its 34th series. Shot in Summer 2010 in the beautiful Mendip Hills, Matt talks to the farmer who has lent us his land and sheep for the competition, as well as the shepherd, "Malcolm Head of Sheep" who ensures it will all run smoothly.
