The Duke of Edinburgh Awards are out and we'll be asking if youngsters are making the most of the great outdoors.
Duke of Edinburgh Awards are being awarded this weekend.
Despite new technology keeping them otherwise occupied - and rising prices making outdoor pursuits more expensive - there's been a significant increase in the number of youngsters taking up adventure challenges.
With new youth clubs springing up in rural areas, we'll be hearing from police, youth leaders and the youngsters themselves.
Plus - a shop in Broadhempston, which was destined for closure and was brought up and run by volunteers from the local community a year ago, has done so well that there are now plans to expand.
And a Plymouth soldier who spent Christmas and new year in Helmand Province, and is on his fourth tour of duty in Afghanistan, tells us of conditions there and how things have changed since his first visit.
