Should people be paid by the NHS to lose weight?
Joe hears about so-called health incentives, which could see people paid to loose weight or stop smoking. Plans also include offering free gym memberships, to encourage weight loss.
Should the NHS reward you for doing the right thing health-wise?
What about if it's a case of doing something obvious, like stopping smoking or doing more exercise?
One of the arguments going on in health circles at the moment is over the role incentives could play in improving public health in the future.
Plans could see people being paid to stop smoking, or loose weight. There's also a suggestion that free gym memberships could be offered to help people shift pounds.
