NI Water didn't seek help from water companies in Britain until Friday, according to the head of Water UK. Under an industry scheme it could have asked for assistance at any time. The company is facing mounting criticism and the Ulster Unionist leader is calling on the Stormont minister with responsibility for water to resign.
