Every poor country wants, naturally enough, to get richer but wealth can create a whole new set a problems.

As diets and lifestyles change people in developing countries are now getting the diseases associated with affluence - heart disease, cancer, diabetes and stress related diseases.

Justin Rowlatt interviews the the former prime minister of Pakistan about how developing countries should respond.
