Exclusive: receptionist Jane Nichols considers blood donation
The concourse is one of the busiest areas of the hospital with nearly 5,000 people passing through its doors each day. Jane has been working for 10 years on the reception and is the face of the hospital. When the public arrive with their questions she has to know the answer! The Welsh Blood Service has an army of workers that goes out into communities in Wales to encourage more donors into giving life-saving blood. Today, Kate Hammond and Tracy Sampson are busy offering information to staff, patients, and visitors to the hospital.
