A man has died after being shot by police in Brighton during a pre-planned operation relating to a number of armed robberies in Sussex. Dominic King talks to reporter Paul Sawtell at the scene in the Kemp Town area of the city.
Details of the radical shake-up of Kent Police in an effort to save 拢50m. Staff shift patterns will change and the number of policing areas will be reduced from six to three. One thousand five hundred staff will lose their jobs.
Dom crosses to the High Court in London where a businesswoman is suing her plastic surgeon for 拢54m. Penny Johnson from Godstone, Surrey says her surgeon "played God" with her life and that she has been left in constant pain after a facelift which caused nerve damage.

Ray Hale from Polegate-based The Naturally Wild Company joins Dom in the studio with two tarantulas. Ray and his wife Angela have over 150 of them at their home!
