It's decision day for the county council, as it finally reveals where the axe will fall with budget cuts of almost 拢180m.
Parents of disabled children will be holding a demonstration at County Hall, against the proposed closure of eight respite care centres.
And the government is setting out plans for radical reform of the welfare system later today. The Welfare Reform Bill will replace most benefits by a universal credit, and those who refuse to work may lose their payments altogether for up to three years.
