Irish Election: Economic impact on sport
The GAA has been hit particularly hard in the current recession. Ballycroy club has been running since the late eighteen hundreds but last year fifteen members emigrated and now they might not be able to field a team. Michael Gallagher, sports journalist, tells our reporter Natasha Sayee how the youth emigration is affecting local sport.
