As he explores the work of Claude Monet, Rolf Harris visits the artist's garden at Giverny in France and attempts his interpretation of the famous Japanese bridge and, of course, the water lilies. An auction at Sotheby's demonstrates the high prices people are willing to bid for an original Monet. As daylight fades, a group of volunteers join Rolf on board an amphibious vehicle to quickly paint a view of the Houses of Parliament.
