Belfast building in receivership by bank

A site in Belfast which was once earmarked for the city's tallest building has been placed in receivership by the Anglo Irish Bank. A car-park now occupies what was to have been the location for a 37 storey skyscraper. Here's our business correspondent, Kevin Magee
