NI housing market continues decline
House prices have fallen back to what they were in 2005. A new survey by the University of Ulster and the Bank of Ireland reports prices down almost eight percent last year. As Dan Stanton reports, that'll get a different reaction from those buying, selling or stuck with a big mortgage.
