
An Ancient Relic
An extract from Tomelty's 1943 comedy Right Again Barnum which conveyed the impact the war was having on people. The Marleys have evacuated to a cottage south of the border. When Mrs Marley's friend Barney Brudge arrives drunk he believes the bone he is holding is from King William's horse.
Barney Brudge is played by Joe McPartland and Mrs Marley by Mina Dornan.
