The latest government five-year-plan has set out tough targets to limit carbon emissions. But how can China continue to grow at the necessary speed and go green at the same time?

Examining China's new carbon-intensive lifestyle, Justin hits the track with 15 year-old boy racer, Jason Yi. He also speaks to a professor of economics, Hu Ang Gan, about these new targets, to green entrepreneur, Dr Alex Westlake, and to a former Chinese popstar who's now turned into an activist promoting green lifestyles in China.
