Dr Abhi Mantgani, GP at Miriam Health Centre in Birkenhead who is Chair of The Wirral GP Commissioning Consortium and Medical Director of NHS Wirral.
Dr. Simon Bowers a GP at Fulwood Medical Centre, Liverpool. He chairs one of the Practice Based Commissioning (PBC) consortia
Frank Hont the Regional Secretary of major health service union Unison and John Pugh, Liberal Democrat MP for Southport and Chair of the Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Health Committee.
The panel also included Dr Rob Barnett GP from Greenbank Road Surgery who is Secretary of Liverpool Local Medical Committee, the elected body which represents all GPs on the Liverpool Primary Care Trusts and Professor Dr John Ashton, Former Northwest Regional Director of Public Health and now Director of Public Health for Cumbria.
