Hundreds of people in Berkshire only received their census forms at the last minute. People living in Warfield Park near Bracknell realised at the end of last week that they'd somehow been missed out when the forms were posted.

Among those living at the Park home is Ivy Prowse who contacted us about the problem. She told me what she did after becoming concerned she hadn't received a form.

Cherry Bluett is the area manager for the census and she told Andrew what the problem was.
