Steve Becker reports from the home of June Gillbanks, the mother of a murdered child who is campaigning for her brother to be kept in prison.

Peter Chester is serving life for raping and strangling his seven-year-old niece, Donna Marie Gillbanks, in Blackpool in 1977. He has been trying to get released and now a court has ruled that the parole board must hold a hearing to consider his case.
