Education Bradford- profit or pupils first? After ten years of a commercial company running the West Yorkshire city's schools has the "experiment" worked? Local politicians and teachers' organisations say it has not. The company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the giant outsourcing specialist Serco, say standards have improved. It also claims the company has not made any money out of the contract. Len Tingle investigates.
