Rob is joined in the studio by Father David Middleton of Clare Priory.
Established in 1248 at the invitation of Richard de Clare, it was the first house of the Augustinian Friars in England and is now one of the oldest religious houses in England.
Today the priory acts as a Parish and as a Retreat Centre.
Next Sunday they are hosting their annual pilgrimage day with people from Augustinian parishes all over the country heading to Suffolk.
Staying on the theme of celebrating religious buildings, the Unitarian Meeting House in Framlinmgham is being rededicated.
On Saturday, 7 May there is an open day for people to see the recently restored and refurbished 18th-century building, then on the Sunday there will be a service of rededication at 6pm with all welcome.
Then it's over to St Mary's Church in Huntingfield who have a display of past Huntingfield brides' wedding gowns, open until 5pm today.
The church also boasts and impressive ceiling, earning it the nickname "the Sistine Chapel of Suffolk".
