Geraldine McCaughrean explains what has driven her to write over 150 books.

When her 14 year old brother had a book published, it inspired Geraldine McCaughrean to write her own novel. She has since had over 150 books published, mostly for children and tells Jo why writing is so important to her.

Mel Houldershaw tells Jo why she changed career and followed her dream to teach music, eventually founding the East Oxford community choir.
