Noisy neighbours

Rathlin Island's bird population includes guillemots, razorbills, puffins, kittiwakes and fulmars. Seabirds have always played an important role in the lives of the islanders. Liam McFaul is involved in monitoring the size of the bird population because this can act as an indicator to the health of the surrounding sea and environment.
