More than sixty families in Wokingham have failed to gain a place at their first, second or third choice of primary school for the next academic year.

This has left many parents facing either the appeals process or a very complicated school run.

One of them is Anna Norris who lives in Twyford and told James Cannon how she found out that she hadn't got into her three top choices.

Rachel Wardell is from the Children's Services Department at Wokingham Borough Council and has been dealing with disappointed parents like Anna.
