Rob brings you a flavour of the faith side of the Suffolk Show, with a hands on go at bell ringing, and a chat about the Discovery Centre in Bury St Edmunds.

In the studio Rob chats to Lloyd Armes from Lowestoft about his travels, church life and the Lowestoft & District Christian Men's Network.

Lloyd also gives advice on media matters to different Churches, and organises the weekly Christian column in the Lowestoft Journal.

Then it's over to the Bishop's house for some celebrations.

The Bishop of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich, The Right Reverend Nigel Stock has honoured three unsung heroes, Beryl Waters, Mary Carter, and Mike Arbon, for their devotion to church life.
