Is internet access a human right or are there instances where a citizen should be barred from using the internet? How to use Facebook to crowdsource science. A report on the E3 Expo in the USA.

Should internet access be a human right? That is the question posed by the UN's Special Rapporteur for the right to freedom of expression in a new report. Frank La Rue is concerned about regimes that punish bloggers who upset them or lock down their country's networks during protests and uprisings. Frank La Rue joins Click to discuss these issues. We also hear from Jim Killock from the Open Rights Group.
