Mark Matthews sits in. As a new report warns older people are drinking too much, NHS Suffolk tells us it's trying to address the issue. Richard Bergson, Suffolk Service Manager for Open Road, which helps addicts, tells Mark it's a hidden problem.

The RAC says people have stopped using their cars for shorter journeys because of the cost of fuel. We find out how people in Suffolk are affected.
