Dominic King talks to the Angela Konarzewski, the headteacher of Dartford's Fleetdown Primary School, about why she thinks teachers should be unable to strike.
Dom talks to Trudy Dean, chair of Kent County Council's scrutiny committee which discussed the scrapping of a subsidy which provides free transport to grammar and faith school pupils. The committee agreed with the decision by cabinet members to withdraw the subsidy.
Also, Dom chats to musician Kezi Silverstone about her latest track.
