Dominic King hears from Kent public sector workers on strike who say more days of action will follow. Dom has reports from teachers on strike in Chatham and the picket line at the port in Dover.
Dom hears about the government's plans to increase the Dartford Crossing toll charge. The fee for cars is due to go up from 拢1.50 to 拢2.50 by the end of 2012. A consultation on the increase runs until 23 September.
Dom hears how Sandwich is getting ready for the Open Golf Championship which takes place at Royal St Georges course in July.
Dom also chats to Ferdie Addis, historian and author of I Have A Dream: Speeches That Changed History about the art of public speaking.
