With Darwin facing collapse and Sahira threatening to leave, Hanssen's day gets worse with a visit from Sir Fraser Anderson the head of the SHA who wants to know why Holby isn't heading towards Foundation Status. So, in a bid to prove Holby's worth, Hanssen decides to take on the case of two Polish builders who were locked together after an horrific fall.
