Panorama is investigating the huge rise of motor insurance - for some as much as 40 per cent - amid fears many people who depend on their cars are no longer able to afford to insure them.

James will be catching up with an Ipswich dad who is campaigning to get more care for children with type 1 diabetes. He, and other parents in his situation, have met with Ipswich MP Ben Gummer to get his support.
