Speed awareness and incinerator decision

Suffolk Police have made 拢465,000 from speed awareness courses. We find out how effective they are.

Speeding awareness courses raised 拢465,000 for Suffolk Police helping the force meet its budget. We hear from a company that provides them, drivers who've been on them and the Chairman of the Police Authority, Joanna Spicer.

Suffolk County Council decides an incinerator will be built at Great Blakenham. They say it's good news all round; people living in the village aren't so sure.
