大象传媒 Radio Stoke's Den Siegertsz will be using his love of cheese to help judge at the Cheese Awards at this Wednesday's Nantwich Show and we want to hear your tales of being part of a panel of judges!
If someone can't do a job should they ever be given it? Should bosses employ positive discrimination, should people be given a chance to see if they can shine?
On a related note, what about employees who discover wrong-doing or ineptitude in the workplace, should they be protected if they blow the whistle?
Early presenter Den Siegertsz has a love of cheese which will stand him in good stead when he judges the International Cheese Awards at the Nantwich Show this week (Stuart and the Mid-Morning team will be live from the Nantwich Show on Wednesday), so Stuart wants to hear if you've ever been on a judging panel, and how it went!
