Josie and her family debate their attitudes and feelings about the right time to take the genetic test for the heriditary gene, BRCA1. Testing positive for the faulty gene gives you very high chances of developing breast and ovarian cancer.

Josie鈥檚 sister Lucy has taken the test and is waiting for her results - something the family are finding hard to cope with. But despite the increased cancer risk that having the gene brings, the family don鈥檛 think Josie is ready to find out.
