America's credit rating

America's credit rating is not out of danger, even though Congress has passed a deal which averted the threat of a default.

Lesley Curwen talks to Moritz Kraemer, Head of the Sovereign Ratings Group for Europe at Standard and Poor's.

He says there is a 'fifty fifty or more' chance that his credit ratings agency could downgrade US Treasury debt from its top-notch AAA rating.
