Lorry driver Redas Rauckis, Gravesham Borough Council and Bryn Mellor is found

Dominic King speaks to Detective Inspector Eddie Fox from Kent police about Redas Rauckis, a Lithuanian driver, who is jailed for four years after he was caught with 16 illegal immigrants inside his refrigerated lorry.

Dom has a report on the leader of Gravesham Borough Council's opinons on Government plans to extend powers to evict people from social housing if they are caught looting. John Burden thinks it is a knee-jerk reaction to the recent England riots.

Also, Dom hears that Sturry pensioner Bryn Mellor is found alive and well. Mr Mellor went missing from his care home near Canterbury on Tuesday 16 August. Dom talks to Detective Inspector Steve Park from Kent police who was leading the search.
