Today, a year after combat troops left Iraq, we hear from Nathir Bashir Ali who has a family of 18 to care for after the deaths of relatives during the violence.

He describes how his five year old sister-in-law was left traumatised after witnessing the deaths of her parents when their car was fired at by US troops, the horrific scene was captured by a photographer.
