Ashfield Community Enterprise Limited in Howey purchased and re-developed a nursery serving the local community as well as creating an Ashfield brand selling organic produce via local food co-operatives and shops. Although this village did not appear in the TV series, it received one of four Village SOS Learning Awards from the Big Lottery Fund and had the help of Village Champions.
