The former Labour MP for Luton South, Margaret Moran, is to face 21 charges relating to allegations that she fiddled her parliamentary expenses by more than 拢60,000.
A woman from Hertfordshire has been recovering in hospital after falling overboard from a ferry in the North Sea. She was airlifted to safety last night.
