The Holy month of Ramadan is coming to an end. It is a chance for Muslims across Suffolk to focus on their faith as they fast during daylight hours. Rob Dunger tells how he is feeling after fasting for a day.

Ipswich Town are giving something back to the fans. Supporters are being offered free travel to the Blackpool game on Saturday 10th September. It is one of the longest journeys Town fans will have to make this season.
