Jazz labels of note

A selection of the best in jazz music.

Music from just two jazz record labels which have gained respect in jazz circles for bringing us the music we wanted. From Fantasy there's Dave Brubeck and Lester Young and from Norman Granz's Pablo it's Duke Ellington and Milt Jackson. Also, leaving labels out of it, there are songs from Lee Gibson with the Fat Chops Big Band. Also we hear from Cotswold singer, Jeanne Marlow while there are some 'new re-issues' from Buck Clayton and Harry Edison. There's a Carl Perkins composition from the piano of Benny Green plus an outing for Supersax and the LA Voices as a special request for a regular listener.
