Data lost by Eastern and Coastal Kent PCT, freedom of Rochester for Royal Engineers and actress Lara Pulver

Simon Entwisle from the Information Commissioner's Office tells Dominic King that the Eastern and Coastal Kent Primary Care Trust put the personal data of 1.6 million people at risk. The PCT sent a filing cabinet, which contained a CD of personal information, to landfill and it has not been recovered.
Dom hears from Lieutenant Colonel Paul Fountaine, from the Royal Engineers, who will lead The Corps as they parade through Rochester on Sunday 18 September.
