Should 2nd home owners pay full council tax and Ipswich MP Ben Gummer's vision for a Big Society

As the Government plans to cut the council tax discount second home owners get, Rob hears reaction from Suffolk Coastal District Council and from a part-time Saxmundham resident who says she's happy to pay the full charge, if she gets a local council vote for her second home as well.

In Bury St Edmunds the All Angels Day weekend gets underway at the Athenaeum.
