Headed up by nutritionist Amanda Hamilton, a team of super experts awaits... a personal trainer, two clinical psychologists and Amanda herself are ready with a holistic body, mind and spirit approach to weight loss. Making their way to the island are our three families: there’s 9-year-old Ellie, Ryan 12, mum Cara and her new husband Johnny. Joining them will be Nick, Isobel and daughter Rachael.
