New NHS guidelines say if women fear giving birth they should be able to have a Caesarian section.

The guidance for doctors and midwives in England and Wales has been issued by the health watchdog NICE.

A quarter of all women give birth by Caesarian section and doctors and midwives are now being told to make sure every mum to be in England and Wales can request one
