Dai Jones's 5 year old grand-daughter likes riding around The Mount Estate on his mobility scooter. It's illegal but Dai doesn't see why. He tells us about how the police have chased her around the estate, but saw the funny side in the end. He's now thinking of altering the scooter so that it will be legal for little Brooke to ride.
