World Aids day, Support for Ipswich Town of Sanctuary and what does the Seckford Foundation do?

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, with more rehearsals ahead of the 大象传媒 Radio Suffolk Children in Need Carol Concert and a look at what advent actually means.

Roger Finbow, the Chair of Governors for the Seckford Foundation, explains their work, both in supporting he Woodbridge School, giving grants and providing alms houses.

It was originally founded in the16th century with an endowment from an Elizabethan lawyer, Thomas Seckford.

There's reaction to news of the the government's plans to underwrite billions of pounds of loans to small and medium businesses to try to boost recovery.

Three schemes have been drawn up which, between them, could make a total of twenty billion pounds available.

The Suffolk Federation of Small Businesses are giving the plans a cautious welcome, but will look for the details and the depth of the plans.
