Should Kent feel betrayed or delighted that plans for a new hub airport in the south east are now being considered?

The government has confirmed for the first time that it is considering plans for a new multi-runway hub airport in the south east.

An official announcement about the proposal is expected to be included in the chancellor's Autumn statement this lunchtime.

Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party and Sevenoaks MP Michael Fallon confirmed the news on our breakfast programme this morning.

The 10 nominees for this year's 大象传媒 Sports Personality of the Year have just been announced and guess what, they are all men. Not a single female sports person has made onto the shortlist.
