Should the 拢26,000 benefits cap go ahead?
The Government will face strong opposition in the House of Lords later over its flagship plans to cap benefits payments.
The coalition wants to limit what any family can receive to 500 pounds a week. Anglican Bishops are backing an amendment to exclude child benefit from the cap.
